Please refrain from using personal scented products (fragrances, colognes, lotions, powders, deodorants, shaving and hair products, and other similar items) that are perceptible to others.
Please make sure that there are no fragrant products (scented candles, potpourri and similar items) in common spaces.
Please be aware that scents and fragrances are ambient and mobile and not confined to closed spaces.
More information about our fragrance free community can be found here.
Commencement will be livestreamed on the Smith SSW Facebook page.
Regalia for commencement is rented. All regalia must be ordered in advance and returned within one week of commencement.
Admission to the Commencement Ceremony is free and tickets are not required. Students may invite as many people as they wish.
Commencement Reception TicketsTickets are required for the Commencement Reception.
You will receive five tickets for the reception: one for yourself and four for your invited guests. Additional tickets may be requested but are limited to three per student. Tickets are available at Lilly Hall reception.
Professional photographs will be taken of the graduating class after Rehearsal and during the Commencement ceremony.
A designated photography area to the left of the stage is available for one family member or friend of each graduate to take a personal photograph of the graduate receiving his or her diploma.
