Grading Instructions

Student grades can be found on BannerWeb (see below). Because we have such a short turnaround time between Terms 1 and 2, and between Term 2 and Commencement, it is imperative that grades are submitted in a timely manner.

Letter Grades (P/MP/F/I)

Grades are due by 4:00 p.m. the Wednesday after the term; all students must receive a grade of P/MP/F or I by this deadline. 

Grade of Incomplete ā€“ If a student has received permission for an exception to submitting a final assignment by the end of the term, they should be given a grade of ā€œIā€ for Incomplete. If the student has extenuating circumstances which you feel warrant an additional extension of time, you must contact the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs for an additional extension before the last Friday of the term.
