Biography

Lindsey Yamaguchi (she/her) is a senior district and school support specialist for the BRYT National Team and works with schools across MA and OH in planning, implementing and continuously improving BRYT interventions within their buildings. She provides training and consultation for school based clinicians and is deeply committed to helping schools become a place of belonging and healing for all students. Prior to BRYT, she spent 20 years as a school social worker in MA providing clinical support to adolescents and families. Yamaguchi has also worked in community mental health providing therapy and supervision.

Yamaguchi earned a BA in literature from University of California Santa Cruz, and a M.S.W. and M.Ed. from Boston University. She will be teaching Group Theory and Practice this summer at Smith College
