Registration, breakout sessions, lunch and breaks will be held in the Julia McWilliams Child ‘34 Campus Center.

Keynote and plenary speakers will present nearby in Weinstein Auditorium, situated in Wright Hall. 

Accessibility

To ensure accessibility, keynote and plenary sessions will be streamed live with subtitles in the Carroll Room at the Campus Center.

Schedule

The registration table in the lobby of the Campus Center will be open from 8 a.m. until approximately 4:45 p.m. Please stop by at any time with questions. 

Refreshments

Refreshments will be served from 8 to 8:45 a.m., and lunch will be provided from noon to 1 p.m. If you have specified dietary restrictions, you’ll be able to locate your meal with the signage on the table. 

Directions & Parking 

Smith College is conveniently accessible by air, train, and bus. Shuttle service will be available from the West St. parking garage to the Campus Center for individuals with mobility concerns. For pick-up arrangements or further assistance, please approach a staff member from the Smith College School for Social Work (SSW) stationed outside the parking garage. Please allocate sufficient time for parking and campus traversal, as it's an approximately 10 minute walk from the West Street garage to the Campus Center. 

Conference Materials 

In our commitment to sustainability, we will limit printed materials for the conference. You will find a link below that contains a pdf handout with the outline and bibliography for the session, as well as a pdf of the presentation. Feel free to print out any materials you’d like hard copies of. You will have access to these materials until the end of June. Should you require printed materials and are unable to print them yourself, please contact the Office of Professional Education at sswpe@smith.edu or 413.585.7970.
