The SSW Alumni Series invites you to an engaging virtual workshop series, Leadership Mindset, led by Dean Marianne Yoshioka.

This series is designed for social work alumni in the early stages of leadership—those supervising others or leading initiatives. Across three interconnected sessions, you'll dive into strategies to refine your leadership style, tackle challenges, and apply effective frameworks for growth. We ask you to register for all three sessions to gain the full benefit of this comprehensive experience.

Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, you’ll:

  • Develop a clear leadership mindset.
  • Identify areas for growth in your leadership practice.
  • Create actionable steps to enhance your leadership approach.

Pre-Workshop Work:
Participants will complete an assessment to prepare for the series:

  • Via Character survey
