Biography

Keshia Williams, LCSW (Your Grace,They/She) is a clinical consultant and steward of Black love and care with 20 years of diverse clinical, teaching and leadership experiences in Canada and the United States. Williams is the creator of the Black Love and Care Ethic, an invitational framework that holds the intention and willingness to disrupt the impacts of anti-Black racism from a place that centers the vastness of what is possible when the needs, dreams, and abundance of Blackness and Black peoples are tended to and affirmed. Williams is deeply committed to fugitive family making and throwing pottery as primary freedom practices while minding the business of living their life through The Discovery Initiative.
