Tanya Greathouse, Ph.D., LCSW is an assistant professor at Metropolitan State University of Denver, and adjunct faculty at Smith College Social for Social Work (1995-present). She is co-principal investigator on a Health Resources and Services Administration grant to develop the workforce of practitioners working in integrative care settings that support transitional age youth. Her research interests include promoting multicultural awareness in supervisory relationships, creating culturally-responsive integrative health interprofessional teams, mitigating workforce vicarious trauma and developing multicultural organizational inclusivity.
