Summer Registration

Registration for summer courses happens in three phases. During Advanced Registration students will have the opportunity to fill their schedules with courses needed to graduate (3rd years) or stay on track for graduation (2nd years). Following this first phase, students will have access to make schedule adjustments during the Registration days, including adding an additional course (when seats are available) beyond graduation requirements for third year students. The final registration phase is the period of Add/Drop. During Add/Drop – just prior to the term beginning through the first Thursday of classes – students can make final schedule adjustments.

Revised Summer 2020 Class Schedule

Please see the grid below for how class time slots have been adjusted to accommodate students residing nationally. These class times refer to second and third year MSW courses. Incoming 1st summer students and PhD students should refer to their schedule in banner for any time updates.

  • A few courses were moved to different days/times based on scheduling conflicts. Students with conflicting classes have been notified by the SSW Registrar’s Office.

  • All course times have now been adjusted and are viewable in your schedule on BannerWeb (listed in EST in BannerWeb). If a change of instructor or course cancellation becomes necessary, those enrolled in the course will be notified immediately.
