April 1 | Accommodations and Services Request, Accessibility Resource Center. Students in need of accommodation must contact the Accessibility Resource Center for accommodation in their classroom, internship, housing, or dining. |

May 30 | Move-In: Students living in campus housing may move in Friday, May 30, 2025. More details will be posted as the date approaches. |
After May 31 | Meal purchases for Off Campus Students: Meals for off-campus students are available. Please note that meals can only be purchased at the beginning of each term; unused meals can roll from term 1 to term 2. |
June 1 | Convocation (attendance encouraged for returning students): Convocation is Sunday afternoon, June 1. |
June 2 | Classes begin: Term 1 Classes begin on Monday, June 2, 2025 |
June 16 | Deadline to opt-out of Gallagher Insurance for the June 2025 - May 2026 Period: All students are required to carry health insurance while they are enrolled. In early March you will receive notification of insurance coverage for June 2025 - May 2026 from Gallagher Insurance. You can find information about the plan at this site. You will be billed for this insurance in May and will be responsible for this charge unless you have an alternative insurance plan and waive out of the Gallagher Health Insurance plan. Instructions for waiving the policy can be found on our site. |
Parking is available for students in any green lined space on campus. Parking permits are required and may be purchased from the parking office. Please print a copy of your receipt and place it on the dashboard of your vehicle until you receive your decal.
