Shake Your Soul with Tzirel Goldberg: Yoga Dance is a soulful and grounding movement experience, explored alongside music from all around the world. Class will include qigong, yoga, and dance. This class is about feeling and connecting to our bodies as we move. All bodies and levels of experience are welcome.
